Estate PlanningMost estate planning is done by the client's attorney, who evaluates the client's situation and makes recommendations for a will, trust or some other estate planning vehicle. However, the attorney does not know the client's financial situation as well as the client's accountants. BMK works with the client and attorney to put together an estate plan that protects the client's assets and memorializes how clients want those assets distributed at the appropriate time - at death or perhaps during one's lifetime, through gifts. |
