Bruce Bratton, CPA
With a background of more than 30 years in financial consulting, Bruce is experienced in forecasts, taxation and personal financial planning. As a prior Certified Public Account, he has organized a number of investment partnerships and the acquisition of business and major real-estate purchases, including Section 1031 exchanges. He is a specialist in real estate and ranches. This diverse experience, which includes 16 years as a business consultant with Ernst & Whinney, enables Bruce to serve a wide range of clients knowledgeably. A graduate of the University of Colorado with degrees in engineering and accounting, Bruce also holds an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Stephen McMorrow, CPA, ASA, CBA
Stephen specializes in business valuations and income tax and business planning for individuals and small- to medium-sized businesses. His approach to client satisfaction stresses planning, attention to detail and achievement of excellence. Born in Los Angeles, Stephen is a graduate of the University of Southern California. He obtained his CPA license in 1979, and also holds the credentials of Certified Business Appraiser and Accredited Senior Appraiser (business valuations). Stephen is a member of the California Society of CPAs, the Institute of Business Appraisers and the American Society of Appraisers, and is active in the Business Valuation Section of the California Society of CPAs. Stephen is also the Ventura County affiliate for the American Business Appraisers (ABA), a nationwide network of credentialed business valuation appraisers.

Sherri Drifka, Accounting Manager
Sherri has been with the firm since 1987 and has worked in public accounting firms since 1982. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of LaVerne, and currently manages BMK's accounting department. Her professional emphasis is in preparing financial statements, payroll and sales tax reports. She also has many years of experience as a QuickBooks advisor. Sherri assists clients in the installation of computerized accounting systems and monthly financial report preparation, and also prepares business and individual income tax returns.

Steven Huber, CPA, Tax Manager
Steven has been with the firm since 1997. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting at California State University, San Diego. He manages BMK's tax department and has more than 18 years of experience in a wide range of accounting and tax services. Steven's specialties include business, individual, estate and trust taxation, in addition to real estate transactions involving Section 1031 Exchanges.

Marianne Prudhomme, CPA
Marianne graduated cum laude from the University of LaVerne with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and has been a practicing certified public accountant since 1992. Marianne, who joined the firm in 1998, specializes in financial statement preparation and individual and business tax return preparation.

Bonnie Beltran
Bonnie is our administrative manager. She joined the firm in 2004 and has more than 23 years of administrative management experience. Bonnie coordinates the administrative functions of the firm and professionally takes care of clients' needs.
